Has anyone else been concerned on how much milk you baby is getting when breastfeeding, she shows the signs of her getting enough (tmi?) my breasts always seems soft instead of firm before each feeding. And everytime I go to pump next to nothing comes out is my milk supply coming to an end?

@neko86, that’s exactly what happened I was pumping a lot and now it’s next to nothing.
Yeah my breasts don't get too firm anymore, always soft and I pumped last night but next to nothing came out. Usually I can pump lots. I am feeding every couple hours though it seems.
I remember having a similar experience but learnt that it is normal as the body(mammary glands) gradually adjust milk flow to fit the requirement of the baby...but one test to stay confident your baby is having enough is to keep abreast with your baby's weight(that is if you are EBF)

My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....

That was happening to me for awhile. So I upped my water intake. Drinking water all day long now my breast are soft but full. Filling a bottle while pumping takes 10 minutes. It just comes flowing out.
