So does anyone know what a swollen place on a toddlers knee that is painful to the touch means?

Injury or fluid buildup

Fluid or inflamed tendon. Usually a needle in the buttocks (by a doctor) can relieve it. I've had knee problems for a long time and that helped for about 3 years
