Anybody else have a low iron problem - anemic?! I might have to get iron through an IV if it hasn't went up, meaning my iron pills may not be strong enough.

Question ladies.. Is having low iron bad? I have to take iron pills twice a day. At least I passed the glucose test.

@kaniyawilson22, oh ok well I think your iron levels should be up by now if you’ve been taking the pills. But depending on your doctor next time hopefully everything will be fine

@risad yeaa same here but he hasn't checked my iron since I've been taking them but he said if nothing has changed that will be my next step

I did and my OB prescribed me a iron prenatal supplement so now my iron levels are good now

I been on them for a month and my next appt if my iron has gone up then I will have to get iron put in me through IV's + blood transfusion during labor

My doctor just prescribed me some iron pills at my appointment today for the same reason
