@scx for the most part yeah, I worked out a lot. But then I got pregnant and gained a ton because I wasn't very active due to complications.

@shayswayy, and in the past, when you stopped, were you able to keep the weight off or did you gain it back?

@scx I've been on it exclusively for about 4 months but 2 years on and off. In the 4 months, I've lost over 45lbs and my husband has gained 10 in 2 months, (he's on the body building line)

@scx lol no not at all. You're supposed to eat in between. The whole meal plan is 80% nutrition 20% exercise but I definitely work out as much as possible and I haven't given up any of my favorite foods either

So are you just drinking liquids all day with no actual food? And that’s how you “lose weight”?
