i had it with my first, it felt like horrible period cramps. i thought i was getting my period but nope i ended up pregnant

If you're worried though take a test I found out at only 2.5 weeks pregnant that I was pregnant.

@mama_of_one yah it probably is just the back pain too and the severity but it could be for many reasons
