anyone get lower back cramps every night (and sometimes during the day) not long before labor? feels like menstral cramps. they hurt but it’s no worse than im used to on the first day of my period. but it’s been every night for like a week. wondering if it means anything will happen soon. my first appointment to check for dilation is on the 21st.

@mom.of.girls, my stomach doesn’t get tight at all. it’s just back cramps so i wasn’t sure :/ and is it supposed to be this often?

@mom.of.girls, i drink water through them n sometimes it still doesn’t help. maybe i don’t drink enough during the day
