If everything matches what you submitted, you may just have a nightmare tax year. Mine looked normal for 3 weeks (had the status bar) then shot back that page at the end of 21 days when I had to do additional verification, but if nothing has ever been shown, it wouldnt hurt to give them a call if you have a few hours to sit on the phone. They are swamped this time of year so make sure you have a few solid hours in your day

A bunch of people's aren't going through until the 15th, so it may just because they have to process so many right now. Of course I have no idea if that's the cause, but it's an idea!

Yup. Last year or the year before that, my friend and I had all sorts of shit going on with our refund 😂😂😂. I had to do the further verification twice and then send in my license or something stupid, but it was because my ex lied on his taxes a few years back claiming alimony and I "told on him."

The 4th theory was thats a sign you'll get your refund/date tomorrow.

@lexirosex3 no, I understand. This happened to me last year. One of 3 things is going down. Maintenance, it's telling you "we got yo shit and you'll get it when you get it but you won't know", or you'll get a letter needing further verification. The second typically doesn't happen until I believe 3 weeks has gone by, but I don't recall.
