Welp my ob office said to go to ER for this; nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, and sweating.

Dizziness?
I've been so dizzy/lightheaded. Anyone else? Not to mention VERY tired. Just feel drained and nauseated.

That happened to me when I first found out I was pregnant. Your blood pressure is probaby low. Definitely increase your fluid intake to bring it back up.
