Had to take an anxiety pill today. My anxiety hasn't been bad at all this entire pregnancy, but it is starting to hit & it's making me hateful & have a bad attitude. 😒😒 anyone else get this way?? I hate feeling like this. Thinking everyone has bad intentions toward me so I start acting different toward everyone. Ughhhhhh 😩

What pill do you take?
I take hydroxyzine for itching + it helps with anxiety...
sometimes I think I need something stronger... like the Xanax I took before I got pregnant 😂

Yup I don't find interest in being around my boyfriend or anyone besides my mom and daughter I'm very mean hateful anxiety/depression are takin over bad I just didn't want to take my anxiety meds and it effect the baby so I said I would wait until I have her but i don't want to risk getting Post partum cause it gets so bad or any thing

@carathecoolcat, @pay-lahnismommy, this is what I take. It's natural and that's what I like about it. I've only had to take it maybe 4-5 times my whole pregnancy, and it really chills me out. I won't take anything prescribed from my Dr anymore after finding natural alternatives. I don't like the way that anything Dr's have prescribed me has made me feel.

@pay-lahnismommy, yes ma'am and they have a lot of different one's specifically for anxiety. I just always look at the reviews first and make sure it's a good product & worth the buy.
