Morning May be a silly question is it safe to have dental anaesthetic while pregnant?

I had a filling when I was pregnant so I believe its completely safe x

Yeah they just won't do xrays or anything big like a root canal x

I had one 2 weeks ago and they just gave me the anaesthetic without the adrenaline in x
