Hey any mommies that’s breastfeeding or breastfed in the past that can give me tips on how they produce more milk and on their experience on breastfeeding, how long did they you guys did breastfeeding? Ftm that’s breastfeeding he’s not on the breast but I do pump.
The only thing that works is being consistent with feedings. No bottles for the first 4-6 weeks to establish your supply and only pump if you go longer then 3 hours without nursing. Fenugreek actually doesn't do anything and can make baby fussy due to all the dairy and oatmeal doesn't do anything. Drink water all day. Drink Half your body weight in ounces daily if not more. I literally did this with my second and my supply was way better then with my first where I was trying all these things. Just don't go longer then 3 hours without feeding or pumping. Even at night
I nursed my son for 10 months.
Homemade lactation cookies fenugreek and lots lots lots of water
Nursing baby girl currently. The more you pump the more milk you’ll produce. Oatmeal every single morning helped increase my supply also try to latch your baby to the breast as much as you can cause you produce more milk while baby is nursing then when you pump. I sometimes nurse on one side and pump on the other at the same time and vise versa. If all fails you can try to look into breastfeeding supplements fenugreek

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
