WIC and your local fire departments will provide you with a car seat. I never knew about it until I picked up my son from the police station and his father didn’t leave the car seat before he went to jail.

@babydiehl2016 That pic actually was taken like a week and a half ago at max. She's had a growth spurt since then and she's like an inch taller.

@babydiehl2016 I even found a $79 evenflo but I don't have the money for it and my Papa doesn't either. It's all I can afford and I honestly am trusting the box rn. I have no other choice

@babydiehl2016 I would totally get evenflo if I could but my Papa could only help me with the one in the pic. It was $32.90 with tax and I was lucky to get him to buy that one. I don't have much at all and my only true support rn is my Papa.

@sabby I don't have the $300 it takes to buy that carseat otherwise I would. Believe me, I'm just as iffy about it but I'm pregnant with no job atm with little support. I can't get a job because I'm high risk and pregnant. So believe me when I say, I would get the expensive things if I could, but I can't.

@mrssanderson okay. I'm gonna say it again. She DOESN'T fit. I have TRIED. There's not a SINGLE carseat she has the ability to fit into that is a 5 point harness. I have tried on numerous occasions to find something, but when you're as limited on money as I am, it's highly difficult. I'm highly educated on carseat safety, and according to what the information said that came with the carseat, she CAN be in it. So unless you're here beside me, with the KNOWLEDGE about what I'm going through and what MY daughter fits in, DON'T come to me with your opinions. This post wasn't about yalls opinions. It was about my beautiful baby girl. Stop turning this shit around on the car seat because I have NOTHING ELSE. G'DAY TO YA.

My child is in the 90th percentile for height & fits into a 5 point harness... I highly suggest you educate yourself on car seat safety & look for a new seat to accommodate her because this is completely unsafe.

Two months isn’t much of a difference honestly..... she is pretty big as well. My little brother was just like that and he’s now 4 and just fine. Your doing great momma♥️!!!

@girlmom. Well I can't exactly help it. I would send you a video showing how she can't fit in her old car seat anymore if I could. She's taller than the normal 16 month old. I swear up and down, she cannot fit into it. She's not growing as slowly as you think she would be. She's fast growing and getting bigger faster because thats how I was.

If my 45 pound 3 year old can still fit into a 5 point harness car seat, she can fit into one too. Children shouldn’t even be forward facing till they are 2 years old. That seat belt can will not protect her if you were get into a car wreak.

@girlmom. The car seat box actually said 40+ lbs too and she's really tall and is about 40 lbs so I'm sure it is. She doesn't go for another wellness check till she's 18 months
