Did anyone else not have a baby shower or isn’t going to? After my momma passed away my family fell apart and my boyfriend doesn’t have any family in the state and we don’t have any friends, If we threw one it would be like 4 people that would come so I just really don’t see the point.. it does make me a tad bit sad but at the same time I don’t want to waste the money on a shower that Karsen would get nothing from, when I can just spend what I was going to for the shower on her.

I didnt have one I literally bought everything myself, who ever wants to buy your baby something can do it youll start to see real love.

I'm not, I had one with my first but with this one I'm just going to have a little get together when she's about a month or 2 for anyone who wants to meet her.

So I’m not a fan of my fiancé’s family. I want you all opinion on what you would do. His family wants to throw me a baby…

So I’m not a fan of my fiancé’s family. I want you all opinion on what you would do. His family wants to throw me a baby shower. Yet they haven’t invited any of my family and friends and none of my fiancé’s friends. My fiancé and his niece haven’t spoke since May since I got into an argument with her and supposedly this baby shower is her idea. Would you go to a baby shower that no one you know or friends and family won’t be apart of? Would you just not show up? My fiancé has already voiced his concerns and they were ignored. I’m thinking about not even going.

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that
