@blessedmama2018 and not to freak you out because this might not happen but what happens if you end up having a c-section? Then you definitely 100% cannot be left alone.

Well that's good. I hope your hubby can put his foot down and his boss will realize how important it is for him to be there for you. How does anyone expect a mother to give birth alone when she's already got four other children then go home alone with four children and a newborn. Take care of four children a newborn and allow her body to heal at the same time?

@blessedmama2018 well then I see no reason why his boss can't spare one man so he doesn't miss one of the most important and amazing moments of his life. No boss in their right mind should think it's okay for a wife to go through Labor and Delivery without her husband.
