Should I be worried about this lump by my son's chest? It's only on one side of his chest not the other and I do I know that he gets hormones through the breast milk and I can cause it this is about an inch all around in size and on just one side. my mom and my grandmother say I should probably call the doctor? has anyone ever seen this before though?

Sudden weight gain
So I'm not one to worry about my weight, I'm not insecure and I know I love to work out and will work it off. But I was 149 at 28 weeks, 148 at 29 weeks and then all of a sudden at 30 weeks I was weighing 151 one day, 152 the next and 153 this morning.
