3oz a session is perfect. That is a feeding right there. Are you pumping every 2 to 3 hours?

@beemommyof3, trying to yeah. my problem is in the middle of the night I miss 1-2 sessions. I missed out on so much sleep at the end of my pregnancy I think my body is trying to catch up and I sleep straight through the night. but during the day I pump every 3 hours

3 oz is perfect. 1 to 4 is average output. You are doing great. The baby only needs a couple ounces right now a feeding

Just dont let yourself be engorged. That tells your body not to produce

@beemommyof3, ok makes sense. I don’t normally get 3 oz. average is 2.5 i’d say. I just see some women getting so much more

Dont worry about 10oz a session focus on making enough to feed your baby which is the point. The point isnt to fill the freezer, it is to fill the babies tummy. Allouncesmatter and they add up. Something is better than nothing. I know it is a struggle.

No don't stop ur doing perfect ur baby's stomach is small ur breast only produce what ur baby can handle ...i was gonna give up because I was barely getting anything my baby is 7 months now and still going strong just drink plenty of water and u can do it 😊

At a month u will produce alot more just keep up with it each month I'll get more and more
