The little green ones are the best the bigger the pill the sicker its gonna make you feel

I couldn’t do the pill I can do the gummmies I don’t get sick right after taking them with the pill I did no more then 3 mins after taking it

I tried to when I was pregnant but the iron made me sick

I take prenatal vitamins and drink water exercise and stretch and eat healthy

It’s most important in the first trimester so after that I did like every three days because all the iron made me too constipated 🙊 But now I take them every day while breastfeeding. I ended up finding a different brand I like better

@raquely I'm anemic also and had to do that with my daughter

The only ones I could take was the gummy ones

@mommytoatlas I always forget then when I do I get so nausea even when I eat something.
