Really debating if I wanna go for full and sole custody of Naomi her father is in and out her life to the point if he wasn't on child support he wouldn't give me a dime for Naomi he hasn't seen her in a month honestly think it's best for Naomi but he still telling everyone I'm the reason he don't see Naomi like no you have one or two off days your daughter is always at my parents house you can see her you choice not too but I'm keeping her away from you

Unless there's a financial benefit from going sole, I would just leave it. It's frustrating but he already doesn't come around. At least you're getting the child support. The decision to visit lies on him so whatever
