That what I did took my daughter to the doctor gave some ointment and rash wasn't go away. So have to take her back to get stronger ointment. You probably have to take her get a stronger and better ointment. Second ointment help my daughter guess was better and stonger.

Breastmilk and coconut oil works also but aquaphor worked fast.

Aquaphor baby, works wonders and within hours I promise. My son had a really bad rash when he was younger, butt and under his testis from the wrong wipes and didn't know what to do til a mom on here helped me out.

Honestly she needs to air out or pot some big girl panties on her and change them every time she pees......... I've also used aquafer🙁I hope her butt gets better
