I feel so unattractive I miss the body I used to have and how more alive and pretty I used to look.

Your body will adjust. Some of us just take a bit more time, just hold your head up. You are liked not just primarily based on your looks.

We can always make ourselves better I gained a little weight and by it being so cold outside don’t help me workout but when spring comes it’s on

@tatianna81 yeah I plan to get some exercise equipment for the house after we move so I can do it at night when the baby sleeps.

You need to find a comfortable way to OWN it! I'm not suggesting to pretend to be happy, but knowing you are going to do something about it have some fun. Being vulnerable and uncomfortable with yourself will cause your body to npt lose but gain more- stress weight. Look around what's available, that makes you laugh. I went from pre pregnancy weight- 135 lbs< this is ideal for me because of how I'm built and it's comfortable, to post pregnancy- 228 lbs. Stress kept it on, and being sick. As soon as i found a way to get my head straight the weight started to make it's way back to norm

You are still adorable!

Again, it's time. You keep doing what you can. Please don't forget, it may havd only taken 9 months to make that precious one, but, there is no way you can expect your body to full recover. Working your butt off now- compared to then, is totally different! You worked really hard while you were pregnant.Your body doesn t have that sort of luggage anymore, so now it doesn t feel like what your echausting over day by day is as hard.

And, if your partner or someone else is pointing their finger or being rude with their opinions, tell them to go do what you did and then say something about it.

@krismoore87 you are right I got to try and not be so hard on myself. I have plans for when we move to buy and elliptical machine for our new place so I can work out and start eating better. My husband also tells me I'm gorgeous no matter what so its just me being really critical of myself.

@tatianna81 That's awesome I wish I had that!
