If you have one drink just wait like an hour and a half before you feed.

Ur welcome hunny...google explains it a little better then I did lol just depends on how strong how much for the waiting time but max i seen was 3 to 4 hours...

My sons ped...No never waste ur milk only like 1% of each drink u have actually go to ur milk...for each drink wait 3 hours before feeding and it has worked for me so far. No drunk or sick babies
