Shoppers has the best deals on diapers which is pharmaprix where you reside. Pampers or Huggies are usually on sale $22.49 weekly it's one or the other

Winners has name brand for less and you can purchase them at Babies r us as they have them all. Walmart doesn't have a wide selection at all.
