I say those two things are what made my labor so quick and easy.

@_sheriee everything i read so far says just that lol i really don't want to be induced..... its a horrible labor

I was 6 cm when I got to the hospital to be induced. Doctor still have me pitocin to induce since my water was bulging and leaking. He broke my water maybe half an hour after . The whole process was 3 hours but I only pushed for under 3 minutes!

@mrsdejean32, I also used both of them! I also used the capsules for the raspberry. My son I got induced at 37 wks cuz of water. So didn’t try. But my daughter I had w in 3 hrs

I drank red raspberry leaf and also ate a lot of pineapple as well (good for uterus too). Had my son a week early. Once my water broke I was only in labor for two hours and pushed for about 15 seconds 👌🏼. Good luck mama !!
