Asking to Bring People to Baby Shower Every time someone RSVP's they ask to bring someone else with them to the shower. How would you handle this? I feel bad saying no, but I can only have so many people there.
I told my friend my mom wants to throw me a baby shower and write on the invite "monetary gifts only" and he told me that people aren't trying to pay for my "gas bill" I'm offended because a lot of money goes into a baby shower, and if you're gonna give me a 10$ blanket from Ross that I probably won't even use it's a waste. I rather use those 10$ for my honest company diaper subscription.

A lot of people don't scan the registry, or they'll buy it elsewhere where it's cheaper. Almost nothing was marked as "bought" off my registry but I got so much that was on it.

Yup. That's what I do and that s what most people did for me LOL. They may just be buying things from different places if it's cheaper
