Moms I need help. No judgement please.
My daughter tested positive to influenza A and got prescribed tama flu. I honestly heard to much horror stories about that to little ones don't really want to give her that. Any home remedies? She's doesnt have a fever and acting normal but still that can always change. Any advice?

Just make sure she’s hydrated & make sure she rests. Once fever comes back up if it does, tylenol or motrin to keep the fever down. There’s not much to do when you’ve got the flu but to just wait for it to end. Tama flu doesn’t even do anything anyways idk why they give it to people lol

Sambucol... you can buy it in any pharmacy. Not sure how young or how much they can take if they can but it's elderberry syrup. The pharmacists I used to work with always recommended it as a flu and cold preventative and a help to cure the flu. You could always ask a pharmacist if she could take it. Good luck. Sorry I don't know for sure

@cassi1222, no she shouldn't. Tamiflu is super dangerous :/ please stay away from that.

Please don't give her tamiflu, it is VERY dangerous. Give your daughter elderberry syrup
