After a miscarriage, when should I try to get pregnant again? Are my chances better if I try right away?

I would wait a couple months before trying get pregnant again I had a miscarriage because I didn’t way a lot and I weighed 123 and now I’m gaining weight now that I’m pregnant and I wasn’t trying to get pregnant and I didn’t have my period January or February and I found out on the 4th I was pregnant

Personally I wouldn’t try again. My sister was pregnant with twins and miscarried then tried right away for another. Idk if it was because of the miscarriage or not but her son was born really premature with all kinds of health problems and physical. Not trying to scare you but I would definitely go consult a doctor before anything. Best of luck!

My dr told me it depends on how early you have a miscarriage if you need to wait or not. If you need a d&c, then wait 2 months after and if you didn’t you are free to try again after your next period.

I waited the normal 6 weeks after losing my baby then didn’t necessarily try but I didn’t protect myself either I lost her June 27 and was pregnant by aug 3

I lost a baby in August and got pregnant in September. It really depends on you and how far you were. I'm sorry for your loss ❤

I didn't try to prevent nor did I try. I miscarried in August of 2010 and found out I was pregnant again in May 2011. Keep your head up, it'll happen when you least expect it!
