Did anybody else’s refund say this while trying to track it? 🤦🏼 ♀

This is what mine says, but turbo tax says it was accepted 🤔🤔

i filed the 31st through turbo tax and was accepted i was able to check the status for few days on the irs app and it said accepted, than few days later i started getting this message. Meanwhile my boyfriend filed the 30th and also claimed our daughter and he got his back February 7th. I read on the irs website that we can start tracking it on the 17th that the irs website will be updated than.
