I have a question ladies I'm still waiting on my breast pump will my milk still flow like it's supposed to even if it's a month after having my baby?
Pumping isn't necessary. Just let baby nurse when he wants. Your supply will increase as baby feeds
Sorry if I'm being annoying but I really wish I had tried harder for my son and now looking all this stuff up I am really going to research and try again to breastfeed when my baby is here.
I was going to summarize this for you but really it's a pretty good article. But the number one thing is breast feeding your baby will help you produce more milk, and stimulating your breasts often will tell your body to make more milk! I was told every four hours. Pump pump pump. But here's an article I found on 25 things you can eat/drink to help milk production. ссылка
I guess fenugreek is an herb... I thought it was a yogurt. Maybe they have a yogurt. I couldn't have just made that up 😂 but mommy brain is a powerful thing
Oh yeah I just happened to have still been on your post and realized you replied, so I figured I would tell you. Lol some people have thought I was being snotty when I told them that but I just wanted to help 😊
@babymay2016 wow I didn't know know that's for telling me..that explains why sometimes I don't get a response back lol
And on my posts putting @danny_pooh notifies you 😊😊😊
Also by the way since this is your post, I don't get notifications when you reply to me unless you put @ and then my username.
I wasn't able to get my supply back unfortunately, and will try harder with this baby. But there is a tea you should get.... uhm like mothers tea.... hmmm I was hoping someone would pop in and refresh my memory by suggesting it. It's a specific tea, it's in a pink box, and it will help get your supply back. And fenugreek yogurt? I think. I'm not exactly sure.
I'm sure Medela has a hand pump that maybe isn't too expensive, and some cheap bottles will attach onto it to keep the milk. The Medela bottles are expensive. You should buy some breast milk bags to keep the excess milk that your baby doesn't drink in, and write the dates and times on it. To use in that order so to not waste any milk. It is very tiring but I wish I would have tried harder! If you're not getting enough milk then there are things you can drink/eat to produce more. And more stimulation will create more milk. I hope this works for you!!
My son wouldn't latch on to my breast without a nipple shield and preferred bottles. I tried to pump every four hours and would feed him what I pumped. I had some extra stored in the fridge/freezer that I gave to him for a week after I stopped producing. But I dried up because I didn't do it enough. It began to be very tiring because we weren't ever actually breast feeding and I was waking up at all random times to take my medicine, pump, feed him, change him.. And all by myself. I gave up pumping for some extra sleep.... too many times...
Oh yeah you definitelyyyy need to do at least one or both of those things. You should get a hand pump from the store until you can get your pump, try to breastfeed your baby, or save the milk when you pump and feed to your baby. You MUST stimulate your breasts every day lots of times a day for your milk to keep coming. They keep filling to feed your baby. Very quickly they will stop filling up if your baby does not need the milk.
No I'm not I noticed my breast isn't as hard as they was when I got home I wonder if my milk is drying up
You could get like a hand pump at least and continue to do it.
Are you breast feeding until you get your pump??? If you don't do either then no I don't think that will work... I breast fed my son for the first month of his life AND pumped and was producing little to nothing by the end of a month, and was dried up very soon after. I tried so much to get it back too and it just didn't work
68 more days to go
How much longer do you mamas have and time sure does feel like it's standing still.
Zero sex life
Me and my SO have absolutely no sex life anymore and it's really starting to get to me. I try and give him hints and still nothing. I feel like he's not attracted to me anymore and it's really starting to upset me /: is anyone else having this problem?
Endo thickness
My lining is still thick ? but my doc still doing FET since hysteroscopy was normal. Do you think it's a good idea to proceed? I have heard that it makes it difficult for the embryo to implant
