Is it normal to have lower cramping and feel pressure. At 6 weeks

I'm about to head to the hospital because now it's like normal period blood and cramping

I had cramping like I was about to start my period but the cramping was only about a day then it would go away

I should be about 6 weeks along tho so I don't think it's implantation
