Went to my 38 week 5 day appointment and was checked to see if I've dilated and no luck I haven't what can I do to dilate?? I will be 39 weeks on saturday.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Sex also triggers your body to release oxytocin. Another thing you can do is bounce on a yoga ball if you have one or do a ton of walking, i for one am in no shape to be walking haha.
