I gently cleaned mine and let it air dry and once dried I Neosporin it just to keep infection out and help it heal

@moonstarlightning23 my doctor said to not touch it and no alcohol. Keep it dry and just let it do its thing.

We were told not to use alcohol to clean our daughters umbilical cord, but it may be different where you are.
