For a 1 Bedroom, bath, living room, $1,600 but that’s only because our landlord is nice enough to not raise our rent every year. On average here in the Bay Area/SF it’s way over $2,000 monthly!!! It’s RARE af to be a stay at home mom if you’re living in the Bay Area. Both parents usually work to pay their rent. My mommy bff just bought a house in Sac town-5 Bedroom house but they are paying around $2,400-2,600 that’s actually considered “cheap” nowadays 😓😭😭
