I want to make some chicken pot pie in the crock pot but I don't have frozen vegetables. Would it be okay to use canned? Does anyone know?

8 healthy crock pot meals (7 to freeze and one for dinner tonight) prepared and cleaned up in less than two hours (would have taken less but I have a newborn so I was limited to one hand at times). I feel accomplished and am soooo looking forward to not cooking every night!
