I continued to take mine, even after my miscarriage. I ended up pregnant before my next period, but they do say take them a few months before anyway, so if you plan on trying again, it wouldn't hurt to take them anyway. I am SO sorry for your loss. If you need someone to talk to, I'm here 💙💖
