my baby usually eats 2oz a feeding but whenever i stop at 2oz now he gets super mad and cry and violently chews on his hands like he’s hungry so i give him 3oz and he still continues to cry & i’m burping him well during feedings. i’m not gonna give him 4oz bc he will just spit it up. idk what to do

@lnkedupmommy, i know! i get scared he’s gonna spit it up bc that’s what he’s done every time he overeats but i’m gonna try 3oz every feeding now since he eats around every 2 hours
@ecahanes, he will take his pacifier for a few seconds then realize he’s getting no formula and spits it out and then cries lol
Yeah try 2-3hrs 3oz. Dont get me wrong Kairo did do 4oz first weeks. But i slowed him down to 3oz. Its scary sometimes wondering where he fits all that☺️🤣
He's probably comfort feeding...have you tried a pacifier? Also check the nipple size. My son is 6.5 months and just started drinking five ounces
Try 3 oz at shorter intervals. If u feed every 2 hrs, try feeding every hr n half. He might be really hungry by the time you feed him.

Maybe he won't spit it up? Maybe he's ready for more. My son would eat so much sometimes I don't know where he keeps it all 😂
