Anyone who gave birth and did it natural no pain meds or anything wanna share their experience? Really not wanting to get a epidural. So please share.. I have 33 days or less.
@rigney0503 i had my first child without meds. But the key was I labored ar home most of the time. I went for a walk and I progressed faster. The second child I had an epidural and I didnt like how it made me feel after delivery. I was sick to my stomach.
I had a natural birth. I used essential oils during delivery and spent most of my labor in a hot shower. I'm a big baby and managed to do it so it's totally possible, but I did opt for the pain meds after lol
I got the epidural both times. With my first it only worked on half my body. With my second it didn't work at all. I have a really low tolerance for pain, so it was horrible for me. But with my first I pushed for 15 minutes, with my second probably 4 times.
I had pain meds with mine but they didn’t do anything so it felt like I didn’t have any pain meds thru my iv. And plus the hospital I delivered at don’t even do epidurals anymore.
I loved my natural birth. I really suggest a natural birthing class. I took a Lamaze class and it teaches you breathing. Very helpful for pain management.
I’m having a natural birth the second time around too. Without the epidural, labor goes much faster! It only took me less than 5 pushes to get my son out!

Ive had 3 natural births, never had epidural my choice, my 2nd they tried epidural didnt work didnt numb ir anything, just try breathing thats what helped
Me both births! Lol but not purposely, my white blood cells were to low to get the epidural. It wasn't too bad once I got breathing right. If you want to I say try it just breathe and try not panic! It's totally dueable
