What do you ladies do for ligament pain from your tummy growing?

Tylenol, warm shower or bath, rest with pillow between the legs, and every know and the I'll do a small leg exercise.

I usually just complain about it. Tylenol would probably help more though.

Well I heard there was a belt I could wear that would help
