Everyone keeps asking me how I have a rocking body after 4 kids... I’m a mom of four and a nanny to twins. When do you think I get a chance to sit down?!?! Lol I’m always moving. I’m currently speed walking up and down the hallway with one baby in the stroller and the other in the baby carrier. Cardio and weight lifting 😂💪🏼
