Currently planning to go to the beach this Summer, looking at somewhere in New Jersey, any recommendations on where we should go? What to do? And where to stay.? Still trynna figure out how long we wanna stay since my fiancé & I both work a lot. We wanna stay a week but still figuring out details. And also what would y'all recommend we should take that would help us during the trip with our one year old(toddler). ☺️👶🏻🏖🌊🌴

@theycallmemommy, yes thank you so much! ☺️I got the big essentials down but it's those little things we don't think about that ends up being a problem if I don't bring it. Lol thank you ! I will def look into ocean city NJ. I've been to other beaches and I like them a lot but there far out drive and living in PA, NJ is close and I didn't wanna do Maryland's beach cuz of wild parties and immature adolescents ruining our vaca.
Stroller or wagon is always good, you don’t want to have to carry a tired kid around.
If you go the hotel route, it’s always good to stay at one with a pool!
An umbrella for the beach, they sell these beach carts where you can just put all your crap in it, beach chairs, life jacket for the kids, toys, sunscreen, swimmies, they have cute tents you can put on the sand if the kids nap, a cooler, they have food on the boardwalk too! There is also a water park! It’s small, more for kids! Mini golf.
Ocean City NJ is super family friendly. There is the boardwalk which is catered to the little ones, there are playgrounds around, you can take a day trip to Cape May Zoo, ice cream places, lots of restaurants, beach. We usually rent a house or condo when we go but there are lots of nice hotels to stay at!
I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...

@tess_marie20, you’re so welcome! Sorry, I kept thinking of things to add. Yes, we go a lot so I was just thinking of things we bring with us. Yes, it’s really nice there! The other shore points are fine but since Ocean City is its own little island and a lot of families go there. You won’t run into the parties and such there! It’s geared towards families!!!
