Ok sooooo, ive decided to breastfeed exclusively and i was wondering who DID NOT change theyre diet around ? Like drinking 1nor 2 cokes a day, eating Salsa, hot wings. Does all that effect ur baby? I love spicy foods not so much hot chettos , but like hot foods that are spicy. Will it affect my baby? Will caffine affect him too?

I had to do dairy free with my daughter. Unless it bothers them though you don't have to. I didn't have to change anything with my son

Does anyone know why dairy affects some babies ??

The only thing that affects my son is dairy, but I rarely eat dairy anyways so my diet hasn't really changed at all.

It honestly just depends on the child. I did not have to change my diet at all for my oldest child but for my second and this one i had to.

I do and I have only changed my diet for my childrens allergies and dairy. Not much affects your milk when it comes to food but dairy.
