Does anyone know any workouts you can do while breastfeeding that wont make you loose that much calories? I wanna get back down to my pre-pregnacy weight but dont wanna mess up my milk suply.

@precious1997w I think I need to get a rutine going and only do it a few days out of the week then rest a few days then do the rutine again
I also do yoga but i know my routine by heart

Try and see what happens not to vigorously but I do about a hour
@precious1997w I wanna work out but my dr says I have to be careful because I can loose calories that my body needs to make the milk
I fully work out and have plenty milk
