Why don’t you ask for a membrane sweep 38-40 weeks. Mine offered me at 38 weeks
@ftm2018 it never helped me it didn't change anything I started taking it at 36 weeks orally baby was finally born at 39 weeks but if u can mange to orgasm it might help sex always works best for me

It doesn't help u dilate it's supposed to help rippen ur cervix it has the same ingredient as sperm that helps but it didn't do a thing for me oh it's also suppose to help shorten labor had help prevent tearing
You can try walking, bouncing on a yoga ball. If you haven't bought the oil yet I wouldn't waste your money.
