When should I call Medicaid to get a free breast pump I’m due in 18 more weeks this is my first so I have no clue??!!

I got mine at the hospital when I delivered at 34 weeks
I would call your insurance company i have Medicaid and is gateway I actually need my doctor to order it and I'll receive it once my daughter is born.
My hospital ordered mine and gave it to me the day I left after teaching me how to use it. All I had to do was sign a paper saying I wanted one.
Look online. I can't remember the site but just type something about free breast pump through medicaid. I did that and got mine that way. I didn't have to talk to my dr.
I live in Pa and I get Medicaid. They dnt send them out here until after your baby is born. Check with the actual health insurance company. Mine is Health Partners.
You can ask your Dr for the prescription at your next apt!
They wrote a script at L&D and my man took it down and got it. That day I was discharged.
