question so i feel like im going to puke,have to go number 2 but nothing comes out. i have a vibration in my rib cage on the left side and feel like im going to start my period....could it be labor pains?

- So that’s how I always feel before I go into labor.. I even had some of the oddest contractions yesterday. It was in my diaphragm. It was tightening up and I couldn’t breathe. Nothing hurt. I just could not breathe. I got a bad one that lasted 12 minutes as I was trying to drive to my doctors appointment, it was so scary; I had to keep stopping in the median and trying things to make it stop. That was before I knew it was a contraction.
