Rant‼️
Before planning my baby shower (which I didn’t want but everyone said have it) I asked all my friends from out of state will they be there now 10 days before the shower everyone can’t come 🙄. I’m pissed,hurt just wish I would’ve followed my first mind. I HATE PEOPLE.

@raquely, I totally understand that’s why I’m over it. I’m paying for this by myself I could have used the money on my little girl. 🤦🏽♀️ mad at myself.

@lulu85_18 seriously. I told my husband whoever did it this year wouldn't be invited to the baby shower.

@worlds.okayest.mom, my “friends” did that to my son when he turned 3. That’s why none of those people are in my life anymore. I can’t stand flaky people.

It’s okay girl , majority of the people I’m having are family 🤷🏽♀️ maybe about a good hand full of friends.
This is my biggest fear. I’ve stressed my ass off over my baby shower and I just have this gut feeling that no one will show up.
People did that shit for my son's birthday last year. I purposely held it out of state because everyone swore they could make it. The day of most people stood him up.
@lulu85_18, yes I have family here and I honestly don’t want they gift they can keep it. I’m always driving/flying for everything they do but it’s different when it comes to me. I’m going to make the best of it and enjoy the baby shower.
That’s terrible. But since they were planning on coming, their gift is in the mail, right? (If there’s no effort or gift, you see what the answer really was all along.)

My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
Where is everyone finding all these pretty baby shower dresses.. 😩 I can't find any and my baby shower is in a week.. All I keep finding are summer dresses.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I really thought I was getting a baby shower and like no one has even thought about giving me one. This is my first baby i mean no one has to do anything for me I just at least thought they had plans for me and they don’t. They gave my uncle one because his wife didn’t want one because she already had a kid.And everyone got a baby shower and was giving one .But I guess it’s okay. I wish I could cancel but I will lose 360 for the hall so I guess I don’t have a choice.
