Heyy mommas, I'm new on mom life anyways my baby boy is 6 months old I'm a stay at home mommy I don't get out much or have a babysitter usually I been dying to lose weight and get back in to shape but there only so much I can do with my son I always have him and I don't have a big house to for alot of space to work out in any suggestions please

Yes YouTube is one of my faves because there’s so many options. That and the wft Facebook group

You could look up some YouTube videos for fitness or stay at home work outs you could use.
