Bassinet beside my own bed. I could just peep over at her at night when I needed to.

We had a craddle beside bed but my son only likes it at nap time so we tried a co-sleeper and again he doesn't care for it he sleeps best in the actual bed with me

With my first he refused everything landed up in bed with us the first 6 weeks than bassinet than playpen than in his crib within time this baby first his bassinet now he refuses it so he landed up in bed with us last night was his first successful night in his crib hopefully it stays this way and during the day he will only sleep on me no where else

I had a bassinet next to my bed and he’d wake up and I would just grab him out and feed him and lay him back down

@shellbell0391, @ace160, @mommytotheo, @lovelily, did any of you use a rock n play , I cannot have him sleeping with us , my daughter will be 2 and she just recently started sleeping in her own bed so I just need something that will help him sleep through the night and then be able to transition him to his own bed . With my first she wouldn’t sleep in anything that seemed to big for her , she like to be really close to something .

I have not ever used a rock and play but I’ve heard good things. This is what I used. You could raise the bottom and turn it into a rocking bassinet. It had an incline attachment if you wanted your baby to sleep on an incline. It vibrates and plays music. And I can scoot it right up next to my bed. And it was inexpensive. I think it’s called the kolcraft cuddle n care bassinet.

I had a 4moms Mama Roo and a glider that she slept in for about 4 months before I moved her to a crib. Bassinet are only good until baby can roll over and sit up, at which point it becomes dangerous to keep them in it.

Sorry I never used a rock and play I only used a bassinet and crib and play pen my kids hated everything else we even bought a swing and my son hated it so we returned it lol but we had to swaddled our son and we have to swaddle this baby to maybe try that?? They won’t sleep unless there swaddled

We never used a rock n play but for the first 2 weeks he only slept in his swing. We have a craddle beside my bed that he sometimes sleeps in but 99% of the time hes in bed with me
