My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

earlier today, my daughter was sleeping on my chest, and she stopped breathing for a good few seconds, since then, she has been awake, and won't fall asleep unless I'm holding her. Ok..my daughter only likes to fall asleep if she's cuddling with me. Like laying down with me....and I fall asleep with her........I just get so tired and just fall asleep...😞

So my sister just call me to tell me my daughter fell and hit her head, i ask her if my daughter is acting normal she said yes just that she wants to fall asleep:(
