Are you alone ? If so I would clear her breathing ways and just clean her up. Carry your placenta with you wherever you go, and just do what you feels right !!
I gave birth at home in the shower and it was just me and my man. He actually made it home, within 30 minutes she was born .. I had been in labor all morning tho and had no idea!! I just sucked the stuff that was in her nose and mouth so she could breath, turned her over and lightly patted her back ! I rinsed her off and just held her close for 20 minutes until the midwives made it to take her from me and clean her up and weigh her and everything. But there's really nothing you shouldn't do, just follow your instincts. When did you give birth if you don't mind me asking ?! Like now ?!

You can do it all. Just don't overdo it. Don't get all crazy and start exercising lol. Just take it easy and take care of baby. At least for the first 6 weeks.
