Fever Tylenol, sore throat halls. Sudafed for the nose. BUT get checked out for the flu. The headache and fever are typically the first signs.

Tylenol and Tylenol cold n sinus. You’re almost due Mama! Definitely need to check with your OB/GYN and Primary Care Physician.
